□ Waiver of Liability: In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive all claims for myself, my heirs and assigns against Agapé Embassy Ministries, all beneficiaries, race organizers, race director, cooperating and supporting groups and any individuals supported with this event. I hold the above group harmless for any and all injuries which may result from my participation. I assume all risks associated with running or walking in the event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and humidity, traffic and the conditions of the roads and grounds, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I am in proper condition to participate in this event. I give permission for the administration of medical aid in case of emergency. I also hereby give my permission to the media to use my name, image or other account of my participation in this event in any publication, newspaper, broadcast, telecast, or other media without limitation and obligation of anyone to compensate me further. Furthermore, I agree to be bound by the rules established with respect to this event. I understand that there are no refunds. If the race is cancelled by circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, I understand that my entry fee will not be refunded.
